Abstract:
Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit, jakou zkušenost mají pracovníci domova pro seniory, kteří poskytují ošetřovatelskou péči, s komunikací se seniory - uživateli pobytových zařízení sociálních služeb. Z realizovaného průzkumu vyplynulo, že z pohledu pracovníků daného zařízení nepředstavuje interpersonální komunikace se seniory téměř žádný problém. The aim of the survey was to find out what experience they have workers home for the elderly, who provide nursing care, with the communication with the elderly - users of residential social services. The implemented survey shows that in terms of the nursing team of the home for the elderly, the interpersonal communication with seniors does not constitute any difficulties.
