Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je zdravý životní styl žáků ze středních škol. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. Ze studia odborné literatury vychází část teoretická a zabývá se definicí pojmů jako je životní styl, jeho oblasti a adolescence. The topic of the bachelor thesis is a healthy lifestyle of high school students. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature and deals with the definition of terms such as lifestyle, its areas and adolescence.
