Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na právo na zaměstnání a sociální ochranu v nezaměstnanosti. V první části práce je definován termín právo na zaměstnání a členěny jednotlivé rizikové skupiny na trhu práce. Další kapitola pojednává o politice zaměstnanosti. This thesis focuses on the right to employment and social protection for unemployment. The first part is defining the term right to work and sorts the individual risk groups in the labor market.
