Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu soukromé mateřské školy. Teoretická část práce rozebírá problematiku založení, financování a řízení školy a mapuje vývoj předškolního vzdělávání v České republice, dále popisuje tvorbu podnikatelského plánu a metody, které se při jeho tvorbě využívají.
