The use of transkranial magnetic stimulation for modulating speech and cognitive disorders in patients with neurodegenerative brain diseases
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na použití transkraniální magnetické stimulace k modulaci řečových poruch u pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí a kognitivních poruch u pacientů s amnetickou formou mírné kognitivní poruchy a Alzheimerovou nemocí. V práci jsou popsané akusticky zpracované řečové parametry a jednotlivé neuropsychologické testy, ve kterých bylo dosaženo zlepšení příznaků.
Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis is focused on the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation for modulating speech disorders in patients with Parkinson´s diseases and cognitive disorders in patients with amnestic form of mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer´s diseases. The work describes significant improvement in acoustic speech features and neuropsychological tests, which has been achieved.
