Komunikace s občany je jedním ze základních předpokladů pro efektivní a kvalitní výkon veřejné správy. Cílem práce je zhodnotit systém komunikace města Kuřim s občany, zjistit zda je tento způsob pro zainteresované strany vyhovující a definovat jeho problémy. Communication with citizens is one of the basic prerequisites for efficient and high-quality public administration. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the system of communication between the city of Kuřim and the citizens, to determine whether this is an appropriate way for stakeholders and to define its problems.
