Abstract:
Předmětem mojí bakalářské práce Analýza podnikové kultury a její vliv na efektivnost podniku je rozbor aktuální úrovně podnikové kultury ve vybraném podniku se zaměřením na její působení z hlediska efektivnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány stávající poznatky o podnikové kultuře. Praktická část analyzuje současný stav podnikové kultury ve vybrané společnosti.
Abstract:
The subject of my bachelor thesis Analysis of corporate culture strength and impact on corporate performance is the company culture and its effect on the effectivity of the company. The theoretical part describes the overall understanding of the company culture in general. The practical part analyzes the current state of company culture.
