Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zásadou mlčenlivosti a jejím významem pro mezinárodní rozhodčí řízení. Za hlavní cíl si klade vymezení základních otázek pro mlčenlivost v mezinárodním rozhodčím řízení jako je její rozsah a právní základ. The diploma thesis deals with the principle of confidentiality and its importance for international commercial arbitration. The main goal is to define the basic issues of confidentiality in international commercial arbitration as its scope and legal basis.
