Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právním režimem pozemků určených silniční dopravě, tedy pozemních komunikací. Hlavním právním předpisem, jehož rozbor je z hlavní částí předmětem této práce, je zákon č. 13/1997 Sb., o pozemních komunikacích a na něj navazující prováděcí vyhláška č. 104/1997 Sb., kterou se zákon o pozemních komunikacích provádí. Abstract:
The main purpose of this thesis is the legal analysis of lands intended for road traffic, above all terrestrial communications. The main legal regulation, which a great deal of this work is based on, is Act No. 13/1997 Coll., On the Road Network, which is further enhanced by the implementation regulation No. 104/1997 Coll., as subsequently amended.
