Childbirth in prehospital emergency care and paramedic tasks

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za úkol zmapovat současnou situaci teoretické a praktické připravenosti zdravotnických záchranářů v problematice porodu a ošetření novorozence v přednemocniční neodkladné péči v rámci jednoho kraje. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje teoretické informace potřebné k vedení porodu v přednemocniční péči a legislativní opatření spojené s tímto tématem. Dále je zde popsána definice porodu a jeho fáze. Druhá polovina teoretické části je věnována vybavení sanitního vozidla k porodu a samotnému vedení porodu v přednemocniční péči a jeho případným komplikacím. V praktické části je zpracováváno výzkumné šetření, které se skládá ze dvou částí. První část se zabývá sběrem informací o četnosti porodnických situací zdravotnickou záchrannou službou ve vybraném kraji. Druhá část výzkumu mapuje teoretické připravenosti zdravotnických záchranářů v problematice porodu a ošetření novorozence v přednemocniční neodkladné péči pomocí dotazníkové metody. Součástí práce je návrh výukového videa s přesným postupem vedení porodu v přednemocniční péči.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to map the current situation of theoretical and practical readiness ofparamedics in the issue of childbirth and newborn care in prehospital emergency care within one region. The theoretical part includes theoretical information necessary for lead the childbirth in pre-hospital care and legislative precaution related to the topic. Next there are described definition and phases of childbirth. The second half of the theoretical part is devoted to equipment of an ambulance car for the birth and lead of childbirth in pre-hospital care and its possible complications. The practical part contains of a processed research, which consists of two parts. The first part is about collecting information about the frequency of birth of the rescue services in selected region. The second part of the research maps the theoretical readiness of paramedics in the issue of childbirth and newborn care in prehospital care via using the questionnaire method. Part of the work is a design of an educational video with the exact workflow of leading the birth in prehospital care.
