Diplomová práce se věnuje digitalizaci práce a jejímu vlivu na pracovníky starší 55 let. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit vlivy digitalizace práce na starší pracovníky a navrhnout řešení pro jejich lepší začlenění do digitálního prostředí. The Master's thesis focuses on the digitalization of work and its impact on workers aged 55 and above.
