Diplomová práce pojednává o právních aspektech odluky mezi manžely ve světle nové soukromoprávní úpravy. Práce analyzuje dopady odluky na manželská práva a povinnosti, včetně otázky bydlení, nejen v úrovni teoretické, ale i z pohledu nejčastějších situací, při kterých k odluce dochází. The thesis deals with legal aspects of separation between spouses from the perspective of new private law in force. The thesis analyses impacts on conjugal rights and duties including common housing not only theoretically but also from the perspective of the most common situations in which the separation occurs.
