Proces kulturní adaptace účastníků AIESEC výměnných programů

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem adaptace výměnných účastníků AIESEC stáží na cizí kultury. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy z interkulturní psychologie jako je kultura, národ, akulturace, adaptace, kulturní šok, migrace a podobně. Tato část je založena na mnoha akreditovaných autorech a výzkumných pracovnících, jako jsou P. Adler, J. Berry, G. Hofstede, K. Oberg, P. Pedersen a mnoha dalších. Praktická část se věnuje přizpůsobení samotných účastníků výměnného programu AIESEC. Cíle této práce je stanovený na základě dotazníků, zejména Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI). Výsledky jsou použity ke srovnání adaptability studentů na začátku a na konci výměnných programů a také ke srovnání vlivu osobních proměnných s úrovní přizpůsobivosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of adaptation of AIESEC exchange participants to different cultures. The theoretical part explains terms from cross-cultural psychology such as culture, nation, acculturation, adaptation, cultural shock, migration etc. This part is based on many accredited authors and researchers such as P. Adler, J. Berry, G. Hofstede, K. Oberg, P. Pedersen and many others. The practical part of the research is the process of adaptation of AIESEC exchange program participants itself. The aim of this thesis is determined on the basis of questionnaires, especially CrossCultural Adaptation Inventory (CCAI). The results are used to compare the adaptability of the students in the beginning and in the end of the exchange programs and also to compare which personal variables affect the level of adaptability.
