Abstract:

V této práci jsme představili nejen teoretické ale i praktické zázemí výnosnosti firem. Na základě finanční analýzy společnosti Seznam.cz, a.s. byly vyvozeny závěry o výnos-nosti firem. Cílem bylo nalezení zásadních faktorů, které ovlivňují výnosnost firem v kontextu současné ekonomické teorie. Výsledek by měl posloužit jako benchmark pro detailní pohled na možnosti výnosnosti a zároveň jako podklady pro potencionální investory.Práce přináší závěry, které potvrzují abnormální výnosnost firmy Seznam.cz s nadhod-nocenými akciemi, které vyplývají z teorie Tobinova q. Ta byla konfrontována s člán-kem, který říká, že vysoká výnosnost není spojena s vysokou hodnotou Tobinova q. Proto byla práce na závěr zasazena do kontextu ekonomických vlivů, které mají značný vliv na výnosnost firem. Zde bylo zjištěno, že ekonomické bubliny nafukují hodnotu firem a tím ovlivňují výnosnost společností.

Abstract:

In this study we presented not only the theoretical and practical background of profi-tability of companies. Based on the financial analysis of Seznam.cz, Plc. conclusions were drawn regarding the profitability of firms. The aim was to find fundamental factors that influence the profitability of firms in the context of current economic theory. The result should serve as a benchmark for a detailed view of profitability and as a background for potential investors.The study brings the conclusions that confirm the abnormal profitability of Seznam.cz with overvalued stocks resulting from theory of Tobin's q. She was confronted with an article that says high profitability is not linked to the high value of Tobin's q. Conseque-ntly, the study was placed in the context of economic influences, which have a consi-derable influence on the profitability of companies. Here we found that economic bub-bles increase the value of companies and thus affect the profitability of companies.
