Onboarding process of new employees at VCK department

Abstract:

Cílem je analyzovat proces adaptace nových zaměstnanců ve firmě ŠKODA AUTO a.s., konkrétně na oddělení VCK. V teoretické části je popsán proces adaptace, správná délka adaptačního procesu a další náležitosti. Praktická část se zaměří na celoorganizační adaptační proces a následně na proces adaptace v útvarové orientaci. Následně pomocí internetového dotazníku práce identifikuje, zdali procesy a průběh adaptace koresponduje s očekáváním a reálnými potřebami nových zaměstnanců. V závěru práce je prezentováno vyhodnocení adaptačního procesu na oddělení VCK a návrhy řešení na zlepšení tohoto procesu. Je představen adaptační manuál sestavený výhradně pro nově nastupující zaměstnance oddělení VCK.

Abstract:

The aim is to analyze the process of adaptation of new employees in the company ŠKODA AUTO a.s., specifically at the VCK department. The theoretical part describes the adaptation process, the correct length of the adaptation process and other essentials. The practical part will focus on the organization-wide adaptation process and subsequently on the process of adaptation in the unit orientation. Subsequently, it uses an online work questionnaire to identify whether the processes and course of adaptation correspond to the expectations and real needs of new employees. At the end of the thesis, the evaluation of the adaptation process at the VCK department and proposals for solutions to improve this process are presented. And finally an adaptation manual compiled exclusively for new employees of the VCK department is presented.
