The application of reflection in practice of experiential educators and teachers of drama

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Využití reflexe v praxi zážitkových pedagogů a lektorů dramatické výchovy“ pojednává o procesu reflexe, jak jej pojímají ve své praxi lektoři zážitkové pedagogiky a lektoři dramatické výchovy. Práce se zaměřuje na popsání praktického pojetí reflexe samotnými lektory v jednotlivých zkoumaných oblastech a na srovnání praxe lektorů s dosavadními teoretickými koncepty. Práce si neklade za cíl srovnat pojetí reflexe mezi jednotlivými zkoumanými oblastmi, ovšem připravuje půdu pro budoucí možné srovnání. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce popisuje realizovaný kvalitativní výzkum o pojetí reflexe lektory zážitkové pedagogiky a dramatické výchovy. Autorka pro výzkum využila metodu zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis „The application of reflection in practice of the experiential educators and the teachers of drama“ deals with the process of the reflection and describes how the reflection is understood in practice by the experiential education lecturers and the tutors of drama. The work focuses on the description of the practical concept of the reflection by the teachers themselves from each of the studied areas as well as on the comparison of the teachers´ practice with the existing theoretical concepts. The work does not aim to compare the concept of the reflection among the particular studied areas but paves the way for the possible future comparison. The research part of the thesis describes the realized qualitative research about the concept of the reflection carried out by the experiential educators and the teachers of drama. For the research the author used the method of the grounded theory.
