The Development of Unemployment in Chomutov Region between 2009 - 2011 and the Expected Impact of the Social Reform on the Regional Labor market in the year 2012

Abstract:

Zvolené téma bakalářské práce nebylo vybráno náhodou, ale na základě dlouholetých zkušeností vykonávané práce v oblasti s vysokou mírou nezaměstnanosti. V rámci řešení otázek sociální a ekonomické situace obyvatel sociálně vyloučené lokality se nabídla možnost spojení teorie s praxí a prostřednictvím mé bakalářské práce zpracovat materiály, které popisují zaměstnanost a sociální politiku a vztah mezi nimi v jednom z problémových regionů v Ústeckém kraji. Oblast nezaměstnanosti je zaměřena především na demografický, sociální a ekonomický vývoj trhu práce v popisovaném regionu se snahou poskytnout celkový obraz o koncepci řešení sociální reformy. Je předložen vývoj řešení zaměstnanosti v teoretické a praktické rovině, včetně nástinu koncepce řešení sociální reformy. Výklad jednotlivých kapitol popisuje vývoj nezaměstnanosti v závislosti na ekonomickém vývoji trhu práce a poskytuje prvotní informace o vlivu sociální reformy na regionální trh práce.

Abstract:

The chosen topic of this Bachelor Thesis was not picked by chance, but pursuant long experience of the work in the area with high unemployment and addressing the social and economic situation of socially excluded locality have offered the opportunity to combine theory with practice, and through my work to deal with the materials that describe the employment and social policy and the relationship between them in one of the problem regions in the Usti Region. The area of unemployment is mainly focused on demographic, social and economic development of the labor market in the described region with the effort to provide an overall picture of the solution concept of the social reform. The development is dealing with employment is presented in theoretical and practical terms, including an outline of solution concepts of the social reform. The interpretation of each chapter describes the development of unemployment according to the economic development of the labor market and provides the initial information on the impact of the welfare reform on the regional labor market.
