Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená především na základní rozbor některých změn právní úpravy po rekodifikaci soukromého práva. Soustředí se především na vysvětlení nového pojetí nemovitých věcí. Dále pak popisuje nové právní instrumenty jako je zákaz zcizení a zatížení, uvolněná zástava nebo záměna zástavního práva a hodnotí jejich dopad na hypoteční úvěry. The Thesis is focused on the basic description of changes after recodification of private law. The main goal is to explain the new view on real estate specification. The Thesis also describe new legal instruments such as negative pledge, released pledge or change of pledge and it explains impact of these instruments on mortgage loans.
