The aim of my bachelor work is to describe process of retail mortgage loan under bank´s special credit policy rules and under the control of the central regulator – National Bank of Slovakia. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce : bolo zmapovať proces poskytovania retailového úveru zabezpečeného nehnuteľnosťou pri uplatnení úverovej politiky retailovej banky pod dohľadom regulátora – Národnej banky Slovenska .
