Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření plánu pro vstup společnosti USSPA s.r.o. na trh Velké Británie. Práce zkoumá technicko-technologické aspekty podnikání společnosti. Analytická část se zaměřuje na analýzu motivů pro vstup na trh, využívá k tomu analýzu makroekonomických ukazatelů, Porterův model 5 sil a PESTLE analýzu. The goal of this thesis is to create an entry plan for USSPA s.r.o. into the UK market. The work examines the technical and technological aspects of the company's business. The analytical part focuses on analyzing the motives for market entry, using macroeconomic indicators, Porter's Five Forces, and PEST analysis.
