Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje přehled o problematice cirkulující DNA v těhotenství a jejím významu v prenatální diagnostice. Zaměřuje se na základní charakteristiky cirkulující DNA v těhotenství, metody její detekce a porovnání invazivních a neinvazivních diagnostických metod. This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of the issues regarding circulating DNA in pregnancy and its significance in prenatal diagnosis. It focuses on the basic characteristics of circulating DNA during pregnancy, methods of its detection, and a comparison of invasive and non-invasive diagnostic methods.
