The Long-term and Short-term Financial Plan Creation for the Company M-BIO s.r.o.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením dlouhodobého a krátkodobého finančního plánu společnosti M-BIO s.r.o. V teoretické části práce byla provedena literární rešerše týkající se dané problematiky. V analytické části práce byla zpracována analýza okolí podniku, která zahrnovala analýzu makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. Silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby společnosti byly shrnuty ve SWOT analýze a její finanční situace byla zhodnocena pomocí ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Na základě zjištěných výsledků a cílů společnosti byl v projektové části sestaven dlouhodobý finanční plán ve variantě základní a pesimistické. Na základě porovnání jednotlivých variant dlouhodobého finančního plánu byla následně vybraná varianta rozpracována do podoby krátkodobého finančního plánu. V závěru práce byla navržena konkrétní doporučení pro společnost M-BIO s.r.o.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with creation of long-term and short-term financial plan for the company M-BIO s.r.o. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a literature review of the given issue was carried out. In the analytical part of the thesis,an analysis of the surroundings of the company was elaborated, which included analysis of macroeconomics and microeconomics surroundings.The strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats were summarized in the SWOT analysis and its financial situation was evaluated using financial analysis indicators. The long-term financial plan in its basic and optimistic variant was created in the project part on the basis of discovered outcomes and aims of the company. Based on the comparison of individual variants of the long-term financial plan, the selected option was subsequently elaborated into a short-term financial plan. At the end of the thesis there are proposed specific recommendations for the company M-BIO s.r.o.
