Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnotit personální management a jeho vliv na konkurenceschopnost podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje popis strategie podniku, personální management, řízení pracovního výkonu a vymezení konkurenceschopnosti. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku ABC, popis personálních činností a jejich vliv na zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti podniku.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate personnel management and its influence on the competitiveness of the company. The teoretical part contains a description of the company´s stratégy, personnel management and definiton of competitiveness.
