Analysis of marketing communication of selected social enterprises

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou marketingové komunikace vybraných sociálních podniků z Plzeňského kraje, jimiž jsou Garden Gang s. r. o.; Možnosti tu jsou o. p. s., jehož součástí jsou Café restaurant Kačaba, Second Help a Zdravá svačina; dále podnik Popelky s. r. o. a Sdružení občanů Exodus. V práci je nejprve zpracována teoretická část k problematice sociálního podnikání a sociálních podniků. Dále se práce věnuje marketingu a jednotlivým nástrojům marketingové komunikace. V empirické části je podrobně popsáno výzkumné šetření marketingové komunikace vybraných podniků společně s výzkumem jejich stránek na sociální síti Facebook. V závěru práce je na základě zjištěných poznatků zhodnocena marketingová komunikace všech zvolených sociálních podniků včetně návrhů na zlepšení jejich současné situace a závěry jsou stručně shrnuty ve výzkumné zprávě.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis is focused on analysing marketing communication of chosen social enterprises from the region of Pilsen such as Garden Gang Ltd; Možnosti tu jsou NGO, which includes Café restaurant Kačaba, Second help and Zdravá svačina; afterwards enterprise Popelky Ltd and citizens association Exodus. Firstly in the thesis there is elaborated the theoretical part which deals with social business and social enterprises issues. Then the thesis occupies with marketing and each implements of marketing communication. In the empirical part there are thoroughly described the research survey of marketing communication in chosen enterprises together with the survey of their Facebook homepage. In conclusion there is evaluated the marketing communication of all chosen enterprises, which is based on discovered findings, including improving proposals of their current situation. Conclusions are summarized in the report of research survey.
