Family mediation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou části - teoretické a výzkumné. Diplomová práce se věnuje rodinné mediaci. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat rodinnou mediaci a zjistit, jakou zkušenost mají sociální pracovníci s rodinnou mediací. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. Úvodní kapitola se zabývá pojmem rodina, soudobým pojetím rodiny, krizovými situacemi v rodině, zejména rozvodem a v závěru kapitoly se věnuji sanaci rodiny, která může předcházet samotnou mediaci. Druhá kapitola popisuje definici mediace a její historii, účastníky a formy mediace, roli mediátora a jeho vzdělání a základní principy mediace, na kterých je postavena. Závěr teoretické části patří samotné rodinné mediaci, jejímu vymezení, právnímu ukotvení, druhům a principům rodinné mediace a mediačním přístupům. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jakou zkušenost mají sociální pracovníci s rodinnou mediací. Výzkumná část je poslední, čtvrtou kapitolou diplomové práce, která se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu s výzkumnou metodou případové studie. Data ve výzkumu byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzou dokumentů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and research. The diploma thesis deals with family mediation. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe family mediation and to find out what experience social workers have with family mediation. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. The introductory chapter deals with the concept of family, the contemporary concept of the family, crisis situations in the family, especially divorce, and at the end of the chapter I deal with the rehabilitation of the family, which may precede the mediation itself. The second chapter describes the definition of mediation and its history, participants and forms of mediation, the role of the mediator and his education and the basic principles of mediation on which it is based. The conclusion of the theoretical part belongs to the family mediation itself, its definition, legal anchoring, types and principles of family mediation and mediation approaches. The aim of the research part is to find out what experience social workers have with family mediation. The research part is the last, fourth chapter of the diploma thesis, which deals with qualitative research with the research method of a case study. Data in the research were obtained through semi-structured interviews and document analysis.
