Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na činnost Probační a mediační služby ČR, na činnost probačních pracovníků, konkrétně na ty, kteří se specializují na práci s mladistvými pachateli činů jinak trestných. Výzkum zjišťuje, jaké činnosti vymezené legislativou skutečně vykonávají a jak jsou spokojeni s podmínkami své práce.Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the work of Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic and its employees, especially those focused on the work with young offenders who committed offences that would otherwise be penal. The research aims to determine, which of the tasks defined by law are actually exercised and how the employees are satisfied with their work.Keywords
