Komunistická strana Číny (KSČ) již od svého vzniku projevovala snahu o emancipaci čínských žen, jež čelily po celá staletí velkému útlaku. Předkládaná bakalářská práce je případovou studií, která zkoumá skutečný vliv, jaký měla politika KSČ během Kulturní revoluce (1966–1976) na postavení žen v Číně. Nejde o komplexní studii. The Communist Party of China (CCP) has, since its inception, shown an effort to emancipate Chinese women, who have faced great oppression for centuries. The presented bachelor’s thesis is a case study that examines the impact that CCP policies had on the status of Chinese women during the Cultural Revolution (1966–1976).
