Tools support for people with health handicap

Abstract:

Text této bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou nástrojů podpory osob se zdravotními hendikepy (postiženími). V úvodní pasáži jsou definovány důležité základní pojmy a jejich vzájemné souvislosti. Pozornost je dále věnována institucím, které se touto agendou zabývají. Jedná se především o Českou správu sociálního zabezpečení a Úřad práce ČR. Poté jsou v práci vymezeny jednotlivé dávkové nástroje podpory osob se zdravotním postižením, popsány současné legislativní podmínky jejich poskytování a vyjasněn mechanismus jejich fungování. Objasněny jsou také nástroje podpory při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Práce se dále zabývá sociálními službami, které jsou určeny pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část je věnována kvalitativnímu rozhovoru s konkrétními zaměstnavateli osob se zdravotním postižením. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány hlavní náměty a doporučení autora, týkající se možností vylepšení stávajícího systému podpory při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

Text of this bachelor thesis deals with the supporting instruments for the health handicapped people. The first part defines important terms, and their context. Attention is also paid to institutions that deals with this agenda. It is mainly Czech Social Security Administration and the Labour Office. Thereafter the bachelor thesis defines concrete supporting instruments for the people with disabilities. Additional information includes a description of the legislative conditions surrounding the receiving of funds, and explains how they work. Instruments to support their chances on the labour market are presented as well. The bachelor thesis also deals with social services that are intended for people with disabilities. Practical part deals with qualitative interviews with employers of persons with disabilities. The conclusion of this thesis presents the main authors recommendations concerning the possibility of improving the current system of support for the employment of people with disabilities.
