Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem adaptace klienta s Alzheimerovým onemocněním na sociální službu v domácím prostředí. Celkovým cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, analyzovat a popsat, jak z pohledu pracovníků v přímé péči probíhá proces adaptace u klientů s Alzheimerovým onemocněním na sociální službu v domácím prostředí. V teoretické části je mým cílem vymezit teoretická, empirická a metodologická východiska práce související s procesem adaptace u klientů s Alzheimerovým onemocněním na sociální službu v domácím prostředí pro výzkumnou část diplomové práce. Cílem výzkumné části diplomové práce je od pracovníků v přímé péči zjistit jakým způsobem tento proces interpretují, a jaké vlivy tento proces ovlivňují.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the process of adaptation of a client with Alzheimer's disease to social services in the home environment. The overall aim of the thesis is to identify, analyse and describe the process of adaptation of clients with Alzheimer's disease to social services in the home environment from the perspective of direct care workers. In the theoretical part, my aim is to define the theoretical, empirical and methodological background of the thesis related to the process of adaptation in clients with Alzheimer's disease to social service in the home environment for the research part of the thesis. The aim of the research part of the thesis is to find out from direct care workers how they interpret this process and what influences affect this process.
