E-learning a young people

Abstract:

Na začátku této práce jsou stručně vysvětlené pojmy, které se vážou k tomuto tématu. Dále se tato práce věnuje elektronickému vzdělávání a jeho dopadům, které má na studenty a mladé lidi obecně. Práce popisuje současnou podobu systémů a metod vzdělávání a změny během globalizace. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány předpoklady pro využívání a přijímání e-learningu v souvislosti s věkem účastníků vzdělání a šance mladých lidí, kteří e-learning využívají ke vzdělání. Praktická část se věnuje místu e-learningu na VŠFS, projektu EQUIP a možnostem rozšíření e-learningu ve vzdělávání pracovníků veřejné správy. Na závěr je zde výzkumná sonda na téma „ Vztah účastníku vzdělávání k e-learningu.“. Tato sonda má za úkol zjistit, jak reagují zaměstnanci na e-learning a jestli jsou ochotni ho více využívat ve svém vzdělávání. Hlavní hypotézou je, že zaměstnanci uvítají tuto metodu a také poukázání na kladné a záporné stránky e-learningu.

Abstract:

At the beginning of this thesis the terms related to the subject are explained briefly. Further this thesis deals with electronic education and its consequences it has on students and young people in general. The thesis describes the current form of systems and methods of education and the changes throughout the globalization. In the theoretical part the conditions for utilising e-learning are described along with the acceptance of e-learning in accordance with the age of the participants and opportunities for young people that use e-learning for education. The practical part is devoted to the position of e-learning on VŠFS, to the EQUIP project with the posibility of extension to the education of public administration officers. In the end there is a public survey called „The relationship of education participants to e-learning.“. The aim of this survey is to realize, how the employees react to e-learning and wheather they are willing to use it in their educational process. The main hypothesis is that they will welcome this method and to point out positive and negative effects of e-learning.
