Economic effects of motivation of employees in VZP ČR
Abstract:
Diplomová práce má za cíl řešit ekonomické efekty motivace přepážkových pracovníků ve VZP. V teoretické části jsou popsány motivační faktory obecně. V dalších částech práce je analyzována současná situace v oblasti motivace, provedeny dvě dílčí analýzy k motivaci a k ekonomickému řízení, jsou zde vymezena problémová místa pro návrh modelového řešení ekonomického řízení.

The diploma thesis is aimed at solving the economic effects of Motivation of Client Service Workers in VZP ČR. The theoretical part describes motivational factors in general.
