Moje práce se skládá z vymezení pojmu Mezinárodní soudnictví, historický vývoj Mezinárodního soudnictví, principy Mezinárodního soudnictví, Mezinárodní soudní dvůr, Mezinárodní arbitrážní soud, Mezinárodní tribunál pro mořské právo a Evropský soud pro lidská práva.
