New trends in e-recruitment and their use in public administration

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na nové trendy náborových metod ve veřejné správě. V práci budou popsány jednotlivé metody, jak tradiční, tak nové on-line náborové metody. Obsahem je vymezení aktuální legislativy a praxe ve veřejné správě. Praktická část analyzuje čtyři vybrané úřady (dva ze samosprávy a dva ze státní správy) z pohledu využívání tradičních a on-line náborových metod. Práce obsahuje doporučení vybraným úřadům, jak lépe využívat on-line náborové metody. Součástí jsou dva vzory, jak lépe psát pracovní inzeráty.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on new trends in recruitment methods in public administration. The work will describe the various methods, both traditional and new online recruitment methods. The content is the definition of current legislation and practice in public administration. The practical part analyzes four selected authorities (two from the local government and two from the state administration) in terms of the use of traditional and online recruitment methods. The thesis contains recommendations for selected authorities on how to better use online recruitment methods. Included are two patterns of how to better write job advertisements.
