Analysis of the export strategy of the company Chintex Ltd.
Abstract:
Práce řeší problematiku exportu firmy CHINTex, s.r.o. Cílem této práce je analýza současné exportní strategie vybrané firmy a návrh řešení jejího vylepšení. Zaměřil jsem se na mezinárodní obchodní spolupráci mezi Českou republikou a Čínou, jakožto nejvýznamnějším obchodním partnerem dané firmy. Věnuji se zde také oboru zpracování plastových výrobků a odpadů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with exports of the company CHINTex, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current export strategy of this company and to propose a solution for its improvement. I focused on international business cooperation between the Czech Republic and China as the company's most important business partner. I also pay attention to the processing of plastic products and wastes.
