Management of human resources and growth of minimum wage in Czech Republic.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů v oblasti motivace a odměňování pracovníků v návaznosti na růst minimální mzdy ve vybrané společnosti. Praktická část je zpracována formou dotazníkového šetření v analyzované společnosti. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navrženy návrhy na zlepšení a je posouzeno, jaký vývoj v čase zaznamenalo řízení lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on Human Resources in the field of motivation and rewarding of the employees following growth of minimum wage at the selective company. The practical part is compiled of quantitative research in the analyzed company.
