Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovního stresu a syndromu vyhoření. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici stresu, jeho příčiny a možnosti prevence. Stejně je tomu u syndromu vyhoření, kde se zabývá jednotlivými fázemi, odlišením od jiných negativních jevů, rizikovými faktory a prevencí na úrovni organizační i osobní. Praktická část poté zjišťuje míru pracovního stresu a syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků v bankovním sektoru.

Abstract:

Graduate thesis deals with work stress and the burnout syndrome. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of stress, its causes and ways of prevention. The same applies to the burnout syndrome, it deals with individual phases, differentiation from other negative phenomenons, risk factors and prevention at the organizational and personal level. The practical part then explores the measure of work stress and the burnout syndrome among employees in the banking sector.
