Social exclusion in CZ and EU

Abstract:

V práci se zabývám pojmem i jevem společenského vyloučení a dalšími přidruženými tématy. Práce následně zachycuje společenské vyloučení z pohledu práva. Dále v práci píši o historickém vývoji vyloučení a rozebírám jeho multidimenzionalitu. Poté porovnávám stav společenského vyloučení v České republice a v zemích Evropské unie. Další část práce pojednává o společenské inkluzi a sociální politice. Nato se práce věnuje romskému etniku a jeho pozici ve společnosti v rámci společenského vyloučení. Poslední část práce se popisuje etnizující přístup a jiné problémy sociální práce. Součástí závěrečné části je porovnání názorů a zkušeností odborníků a sociálních pracovníků.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the concept and phenomenon of social exclusion and other related topics. The thesis then captures social exclusion from the perspective of law. Furthermore, I write about the historical development of exclusion and analyze its multidimensionality. Then I compare the state of social exclusion in the Czech Republic and in the other countries of the European Union. The next part of the thesis describes the social inclusion and social policy. Then the thesis focuses on the Romani ethnic group and its position in society within the framework of social exclusion. The last part of the thesis describes the ethnicizing approach and other problems of social work. The final part includes a comparison of opinions and experiences of experts and social workers.
