Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na slaďování osobního a pracovního života. Teoretická část se zabývá vznikem slaďování a vztahem mezi ním a rodinou. Dále pak přibližuje trendy na trhu práce a charakterizuje jednotlivá opatření, která slaďování osobního a pracovního života podporují.
