Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním organizace hotelu InterContinental Prague s cílem navrhnout řešení pro efektivnější provoz. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a analytickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů v oblasti organizace a organizačních struktur. This bachelor thesis is concerned with the research of The InterContinental Hotel organization in Prague. The goal is to recommend its more efficient operation.
