Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit současnou situaci ohledně stresu ve výrobních podnicích. Pozorovaným subjektem jsou zaměstnanci dělnické třídy neboli pracovníci vykonávající manuální práci. Pro tento výzkum jsou vytvořeny následující výzkumné otázky: Jaká je nejčastější příčina stresu ve výrobních podnicích? Jak velká je koncentrace stresu v pracovním prostředí výrobních podniků? Jak podniky ve výrobním sektoru napomáhají snížit stres na pracovišti? Pro sběr dat pro tuto práci je zvoleno dotazníkové šetření. Výzkumů se účastní pracovníci vykonávající manuální činnost (například montážní dělník) ze čtyř firem. Zkoumané firmy jsou: ČZ a.s Strakonice, Plasman CZ s.r.o. Strakonice, Vertiv Nišovice a Bosch České Budějovice. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastní náhodně vybraní respondenti, kteří splňovali kritéria profesního zařazení v daném podniku. Není zohledňován věk, pohlaví, vyznání ani žádné jiné osobní informace. Dotazník zkoumá vztah respondenta k práci, možný výskyt stresu, příznaky stresu, četnost stresu, úroveň stresu, vypořádávání se stresem, zásah stresu do osobního života a názor respondenta, zda se domnívá, že vedení firmy úspěšně snižuje stres na pracovišti. Ve výsledkové části jsou prezentovány dané četnosti odpovědí a některé segmenty jsou podrobněji probrány a graficky znázorněny. Díky zhodnocení četností odpovědí v dotazníkovém šetření bylo možné zodpovědět výzkumné otázky, splnit cíl práce a zhodnotit tak situaci týkající se stresu ve zkoumaných výrobních podnicích očima zaměstnanců. Respondenti uvedli, že nejčastější výskyt stresu vnímají při vykonávání práce samotné, na druhém místě byla uvedena komunikace s vedoucím a na třetím místě pociťují stres před začátkem pracovní směny. Ohledně koncentrace stresu na pracovišti, bylo zjištěno, že velká část pracovníků trpí vážnějším typem stresu a nemalému množství zaměstnanců vstupuje stres z pracovního prostředí i do osobního života. Poslední část dotazníku, zkoumala, zda si jsou respondenti vědomi, že by vedení firmy, omezovalo stres a pokud ano, tak jestli jsou pokusy vedení zdařilé. Výsledkem této otázky bylo, že se 1% respondentů domnívá, že vedení firmy se snaží o snížení stresu. Na druhé straně zbytek rozhodl, že se podle nich vedení nesnaží o snížení stresu. Limity této práce spočívají v jednoduchém znění dotazníku, který se snaží v několika málo otázkách představit celiství pohled na situaci ohledně stresu ve zkoumaných podnicích. Pro vyšší přesnost výsledků, by bylo nutné zvýšit počet respondentů a zahrnout do výzkumu i vedení podniku, které by mohlo přispět k náhledu problematiky stresu ve výrobním podniku z více úhlů pohledu.

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to find out the current situation regarding stress in manufacturing companies. The observed subjects are working class employees or workers performing manual work. The following research questions are developed for this research: What is the most common cause of stress in manufacturing companies? How high is the concentration of stress in the work environment of manufacturing enterprises? How do enterprises in the manufacturing sector help to reduce workplace stress? A questionnaire survey is chosen to collect data for this paper. Workers performing manual activities (e.g. assembly worker) from four companies participate in the research. These are the companies: ČZ a.s Strakonice, Plasman CZ s.r.o. Strakonice, Vertiv Nišovice and Bosch České Budějovice. Randomly selected respondents who fulfilled the criteria of professional classification in the company will take part in the questionnaire survey. Age, gender, religion or any other personal information is not taken into consideration.. The questionnaire examines the respondent's relationship to work, the possible occurrence of stress, the symptoms of stress, the frequency of stress, the level of stress, coping with stress, the interference of stress in personal life, and the respondent's opinion as to whether he or she believes that management has successfully reduced stress in the workplace. In the results section, the given response frequencies are presented and some segments are discussed in more detail and graphically illustrated. By assessing the frequencies of responses in the questionnaire survey, it was possible to answer the research questions, to fulfil the aim of the thesis and thus to assess the situation regarding stress in the manufacturing companies under study through the eyes of the employees. The respondents indicated that they perceived the most frequent occurrence of stress when performing the work itself, in the second place was mentioned communication with the supervisor and in the third place they perceived stress before the start of the work shift. Regarding the concentration of stress in the workplace, it was found that a large number of workers suffer from a more serious type of stress, and a significant number of workers experience stress from the work environment entering their personal lives. The last part of the questionnaire, explored whether the respondents were aware of management reducing stress and if so, whether management's attempts were successful. The result of this question was that 1% of the respondents believe that the management of the company is trying to reduce stress. On the other hand, the rest decided that they believe that management is not trying to reduce stress. The limitations of this paper lie in the simple wording of the questionnaire, which attempts to present a holistic view of the situation regarding stress in the surveyed companies in just a few questions. For higher accuracy of the results, it would be necessary to increase the number of respondents and include the management of the enterprise in the research, which could contribute to the view of the stress issue in the manufacturing enterprise from multiple perspectives.
