Diplomová práce reflektuje aktuální dění v oblasti rodinného podnikání a je zaměřena na problematiku předání následnictví v rodinné firmě. V současné době nadešla ve většině firem, které vznikly po roce 1989, doba, kdy zakladatelé odcházejí a vedení rodinné firmy přebírají nástupci. This thesis reflects the current situation in the field of family business and is focused on the transfer of succession process in family business.
