Analysis of employee adaptation process

Abstract:

Systematické naplánování a řízení adaptačního procesu je důležitou součástí řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci. Předkládaná diplomová práce si klade za cíl zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku „Jak je nastaven adaptační proces v Podniku?“. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, v teoretické části definuji základní pojmy spojené s řízením a průběhem adaptačního procesu, rovněž se zaměřuji na charakteristiku oblastí adaptace – adaptaci sociální, pracovní a adaptaci na firemní kulturu. V metodologické části vymezuji cíl výzkumu, zdůvodňuji volbu výzkumné metody a techniky sběru dat. V analytické části práce shrnuji výsledky výzkumu a předkládám interpretaci odhalených zjištění. V závěru shrnuji výsledky práce, diskutuji vzešlá zjištění a navrhuji doporučení, která reflektují zjištěné skutečnosti a mohou přispět k zefektivnění adaptačního procesu ve zkoumané společnosti. Abstract:

Systematic planning and controlling of the adaptation is an important part of human resource management in the organization. This thesis aims to answer the main question, "How is set adaptation processes in the enterprise?". The work is divided into three parts, the theoretical section defines the basic concepts associated with the management of the adaptation process, also focuses on the characteristics of areas of adaptation - social adaptation, working adaptation and adaptation to the corporate culture. In the methodological part I define the aim of the research and I justify the choice of the research methods and data collection techniques. In the analytical part I summarize the results of the research and present findings of revealed interpretation. In the conclusion I summarize the results of the work and discuss the findings and propose some recommendations. These findings and and recommendations may contribute to the effectiveness of the adaptation process in the surveyed company. Number of words of the basic text:19707
