Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza vybraných faktorů ovlivňující realitní trh v České republice a jejich význam pro investiční publikum. Analýza zkoumaných faktorů je provedena za pomocí dotazníkového šetření včetně jeho vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected factors influencing the real estate market in the Czech Republic and their importance for the investment public. The analysis of the examined factors is carried out using a questionnaire survey including its evaluation.
