Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou trestného činu Násilí proti úřední osobě, v první části je náhled na tuto problematiku trestně právní ochrany úředních osob od roku 1918 do současnosti. Dále v této práci bude vymezen pojem úřední osoba v současném trestním zákoníku a komparace s předchozími právními úpravami. The bachelor thesis discusses the legal treatment of the crime of violence against an official. The first part of the text presents an outline of the legal protection of officials from 1918 to present day. In the next chapter, the thesis examines the definition of the term “official” in the current Criminal Code and compares it to previous legislation.
