Abstract:
Bakalářská práce objasňuje pojmy týkající se time managementu a prokrastinace. Cílem je zjistit, na základě kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu, zda začínající manažeři znají principy time managementu, zda využívají jeho nástroje, konkrétně pak plánování jejich času formou krátkodobých, střednědobých a dlouhodobých osobních plánů. This bachelor thesis clarifies the concepts related to time management and procrastination. The aim is to find out, based on qualitative and quantitative research, whether novice managers know the principles of time management, whether they use its tools, specifically planning their time in the form of short-term, medium-term and long-term personal plans.
