Employment of workers with regard to the planning of production capacity
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zaměstnávání pracovníků ve společnosti Glenmark Pharmaceuticals s.r.o. s ohledem na plánování výrobních kapacit. V úvodu je věnována možnostem nastavení pracovně právních vztahů mezi zaměstnanci a zaměstnavatelem a jejich dopadů na vyžívání lidských zdrojů. Následně je provedena analýza současného stavu ve společnosti a v závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy pro zlepšení.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the employment of workers in Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. with regard to the planning of production capacity. The introduction is devoted to setting labor relations between workers and employers and their impact on the exploitation of human resources. Following is an analysis of the current situation in the company and in the end are suggestions for improvement.
