Recommendation of the type of fast food restaurant

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá doporučením vhodného typu provozu pro začátek podnikání ve stravovacích službách a podání doporučení pro běh podnikání. Hlavní motivací k tématu je odhalení různých úskalí, které se při začátku podnikání mohou objevit. Práce se zaměřuje hlavně na finanční stránku podnikání. V literární rešerši jsou rozebrány různé typy stravovacích podniků a vysvětleny základní pojmy a struktura finančního plánu. Dále se rešerše zabývá všeobecnými náležitostmi potřebné k otevření stravovacího provozu. V metodické části jsou představeny postupy, podle kterých se bude postupovat při zpracovávání finančního plánu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the recommendation of a suitable type of restaurant for starting a business in hospitality services and a recommendation for running a business. The main motivation for the topic is to reveal various problems that may arise when starting a business. The work focuses mainly on the financial side of business. In the theoretical part are described different types of restaurants and structure of the financial plan are explained. Furthermore, the search deals with the general requirements necessary to open a restaurant. The methodological part presents the procedures according to which the financial plan will be processed.
