The course of re - socialization in a penitentiary through the eyes of juvenile deliquents

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám tím, jakým pohledem mládež z výchovných ústavů pohlíží na zde probíhající resocializaci. Těmto dětem byla nařízena ústavní nebo uložena ochranná výchova, eventuelně byly do výchovných ústavů zařazeny na základě předběžného opatření. K dosažení cíle jsem zvolil především studium odborných pramenů, literatury a zákonů. Teoretická část práce začíná popisem pojmů jako je delikvence, poruchy chování, kdy se následně zabývám problematikou ústavní a ochranné výchovy se zaměřením na to, jak se dětem ve výchovných ústavech žije. Praktická část práce obsahuje kromě studia odborné literatury výzkum, kde bylo použito metody dotazníku, který obsahuje uzavřené a otevřené otázky. Za cíl práce bylo stanoveno zjištění, jaký zanechává vliv na klienty výchovných ústavů jejich pobyt v tomto zařízení, jak klienti samotnou resocializaci vidí a do jaké míry jsou s ní spokojeni či nikoliv. Výběrový soubor tvořili klienti výchovného ústavu Ostrava-Hrabůvka a jeho jednotlivých pracovišť.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the fact how teenagers from educational institutions regard the resocialization running here. These children were enacted to have institutional or preventive education. Eventually they were place to the educational institutions based on precaution. I decided to choose the study of special sources, literature and acts to achieve the aim. The theoretical part of the thesis begins with the term description such as delinquency and behavior disorder. Here I deal with problems of institutional and preventive education focused on how children live in educational institutions. The practical part of the thesis includes the research together with the study of special literature. The research used the method of questionnaire that contains closed and open questions. The aim of the thesis is the finding what effect leaves the stay in educational institutions at their clients; how clients regard the resocialization and whether clients are content or not. The selective file was made by the clients from educational institution in Ostrava ? Hrabuvka and its individual workplace.
