The Acceleration of Objects by Magnetic Fields

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na urychlování předmětů pomocí magnetického pole. Teoretická práce uvádí akceleraci magnetickým polem a současné trendy s využitím tohoto principu. Dále popisuje fyzikální principy využívané, při akceleraci magnetickým polem, jež jsou důležité pro simulačním a experimentálním ověření funkčnosti. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnovaná návrhu akcelerace magnetickým polem. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky simulací a optimalizace návrhu. Praktická část zahrnuje také postup konstrukce experimentu a srovnání s výsledky simulací. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována průmyslovému využití a zejména pak využití v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the acceleration of objects by using magnetic fields. The theoretical part describes acceleration by using magnetic fields and ongoing trends in this field. There is also a description of used physics principles that are used to describe and calculate acceleration by using the magnetic field and principles used in simulations and experimental validation of results. The last chapter of the theoretical part is given to the conceptional drafting of experiments and simulations. The fifth chapter is focused on the construction and experiment outputs in comparison to the expected results from the simulations. The final section is given to industrial usage with a focus on usage in the commercial security industry.
