Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá Health Check modelem týmu v průběhu agilní transformace, který umožňuje zobrazit zdraví týmu pomocí měřených oblastí na úrovni členů týmu. Health Check pomáhá týmu posoudit současnou situaci týmu, diskutovat nad případnými nedostatky, podporuje zobrazení oblastí, kterým by měla být věnována pozornost, a generuje následující akční kroky pro zlepšení zdraví týmu. Cíle bylo dosaženo pomocí rešerše odborné literatury, výběrem vhodného modelu pro měření zdraví týmu, zjištění kritických oblastí, navržení a implementace změn v konkrétních oblastech. Dle následné retrospektivy týmu zaměřené přímo na implementované změny v měřených kritériích bylo zjištěno, že cíl diplomové práce byl splněn a implementované změny měly pozitivní dopad na zdraví týmu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the application of a team Health Check model during agile transformation, which enables monitoring of the team’s health by using quantifiable metrics at the level of individual team members. The Health Check helps evaluate the current state of the team, discuss potential weaknesses, visualize areas that require attention, and generate action points for improvement of the team’s health. The goal of this thesis was accomplished via research into specialized literature, selection of an appropriate model for measuring the health of the team, identifying critical areas, and design and implementation of changes in relevant areas. During a subsequent retrospective, which focused on the implemented changes, it was confirmed that the goal of the thesis was accomplished and that the implemented changes have a positive effect on the team.
